Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be tasked with being the Primary service point of contact for our B2B partners. The Manager’s day to day work will be focused on communicating with clients, resolving any issues that arise, growing their businesses and building a deep understanding of their plans, needs and trajectory. With client service at the forefront, this role is expected to go above and beyond to be a great partner to our portfolio of B2B and B2B2C clients, and to be well-versed in both their strategic planning, as well as the complexities and nuances of their footwear, uniform and accessory programs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Delivering exceptional customer service to a portfolio of clients and customers

Building strong relationships and connections with client partners to understand their needs

Anticipating and delivering solutions to build an excellent experience for clients

Providing recommendations to both clients and the Business Development Director at SOLM8, that grow the B2B and B2B2C experiences

Identifying areas of opportunity to expand the clients’ business and relationship, pitching and executing on these growth plans to build client trust

Communicating efficiently across leadership, sales, tech and operations to ensure client needs are met

Meeting with clients on a regular occurrence, both face to face and virtually, to stay on top of the business needs

Executing on both day to day and long term asks across the client portfolio to help maintain and grow sales

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

5+ years of client management experienceExperience managing complex client relationships with several partners at once

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsiveness, a willingness to learn and adapt, and a detail-oriented nature

A demonstrated history of growing accounts and building relationships with partners

A set of strong quantitative and analytical skills that would lend to forecasting, analysis and KPI monitoring, as a way to keep a strong pulse on existing business and new opportunities

Bachelor’s Degree

Microsoft Office Proficient, especially within Powerpoint and Excel

Deep experience in weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews, along with delivering on action items

A bias for action and a history of delivering objective results

A sense of humor and an ability to collaborate with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds

Some travel may be required

Sales Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Implementing outbound sales strategies to bring new business accounts to our B2B footwear, and team gear program.

Developing and qualifying leads, prospecting, cold contacting, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, generating revenue and meeting a sales quota.

Successful execution of both top funnel and closing strategies is required to achieve the financial targets of this role.

A successful sales manager will drive sales opportunities to close and ensure the structure of the deal is correct from the onset.

Gathering business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, drive new business, and close accounts.

Ideally you will be using your existing industry relationships and contacts to grow new accounts.

Identifying opportunities to build a database of potential prospects and innovating across ways to meet their footwear and team gear needs through differentiated selling strategies and offerings.

Inform the team, including marketing manager, of potential new features or ideas that would result in shorter selling cycles, higher win rates, or an increase in new accounts.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

At least seven (4-5) years of experience in outside sales or B2B and/or B2C sales required, preferably within the footwear or sports industries.

A history of developing sales pipelines and a proven successful sales record.

A proven track record of managing complex and dynamic contacts and sales cycles.

Experience sourcing, pitching, and closing deals at a large scale.

Possess high energy and a true passion to drive sales.

Strong analytical skills.

Some travel may be required.

WHAT EXCITES US

A deep set of industry contacts within the sports footwear and team sports verticals.

Prior experience in the eCommerce industry.

Knowledge of footwear and team gear requirements, along with proven experience designing assortments and recommending items that satisfy these requirements.

Social Media Manager (Remote)

We are seeking social media specialists to work directly with various influencers and creators to create viral content.

The ideal candidate should be able to take direction when necessary but should also know when to take initiative and be a self-starter. The ideal candidate should be obsessed with social media.

We would prefer to build a network of influencers who have a large following online. Respect of both privacy and security are of utmost importance.

Duties / Responsibilities include but not limited to:

You will help create photo/video content for social media.

You will directly work on our pre-production stage (ideation, planning, and storyboarding/scripting).

You will contribute to our efforts to go viral.

You will conduct and compile research on trends and other relevant items.

The ideal candidate should have:

Warehouse/Inventory Manager

Warehouse/Inventory Manager will be responsible for all of our warehouse operations! You will implement a warehouse management system and ensure all inventory is logged and inserted into an appropriate platform. You will be responsible for managing all warehouse logistics, items, inventory, and reporting, all while communicating with external freight forwarder teams. The ideal candidate takes charge on projects, has great leadership skills, and exceptional problem solving abilities.

Essential Functions:

Oversee warehouse organization and inventory

Set up layout of warehouse and ensure efficient and effective space utilization

Assist with building out and implementing the warehouse tracking system

Create efficient operational and personnel policies and procedures

Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping requirements

Responsibilities:

Ensure items are stored in the correct environment with proper care

Ensure all inventory is tagged and tracked properly with QR codes

Schedule items to be moved to and from storage units

Works closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure proper checking in/out of inventory

Assist with deliveries when items are requested

Maintain supplies quantities to instructed levels

Perform periodic physical inventory counts

Keep warehouse neat, clean and organized

Work closely and partner with all teams

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Warehouse/Inventory Manager

A strong background in warehouse/Inventory operations

Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls

Ability to work well with all levels of company staff

Excellent leadership and problem solving skills

Clear communication skills

Available to work extended hours

Must have a valid drivers license

Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using an inventory management software or shipping apps such as Shipping Easy or Easy Post etc
