The SOLM8 spikeless shoes, or rubber cleats are good for amateur bowlers and club level players. For professional bowlers we suggest you to buy Full Spike shoes. SOLM8 spike shoes will also be launched soon, sign up to our newsletter to stay in the know.
1. Soak a clean cloth in warm water with mild soap or laundry detergent.
2. Spot clean any dirty areas or smudges with the cloth.
3. If necessary use a soft bristled toothbrush or cleaning brush for trouble spots on the upper.
4. Wipe the shoe clean with afresh wet cloth.
5. Use a nylon scrubbing brush to remove any stubborn caked on mud or grass clumps from outsole.
6. Allow the shoes to air dry. Do not place them in the dryer or near a heat source to hasten drying time, as this can cause the shoes to shrink or warp, and can damage the shoe.
# DO NOT put your shoes in the washing machine or dryer or wear them wet.
Yes, SOLM8 shoes are specially designed for artificial turf or grass and can be used for any field sport such as Golf or Cricket.
Currently, SOLM8 only has mens cricket shoes and shoes for youth that can be unisex. We do not have nay women cricket shoes as of now.

Express orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday, normally ship the same day. Other orders normally ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season.
Within USA, your orders are usually shipped via USPS.
Rest of the world can choose from international carrier options at checkout.
We typically ship orders in 24hrs (Mon-Fri) after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

We cannot deliver orders to PO Boxes, re-shippers, or packaging forwarding services.
1. Visit our returns center.
2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
There is a 30 day return period. This is for unused items (if they are not required or a customer changes their mind) returned in new condition with packaging and tags.
Goods that are customized, adapted or bespoke can only be returned if faulty.
1. Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. In unused and resellable condition.
3. In the original packaging with all the tags intact
The following items cannot be returned:
1. Gift cards.
2. Discounted items (if applicable)
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
The following refund options are supported:

2. Refund to store credit (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

If the goods are returned because of a damaged product or shipment error, we will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment.
If the goods are returned because of a change in mind or a size issue – we would still replace the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.
