All SOLM8 products come with a standard limited warranty. (valid for 30 days from date of purchase)

During the Warranty Period, Solm8 will exchange, refund or credit the products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use.

Standard Limited Warranty

What does this standard warranty cover?

Standard Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use, such as torn seam or stitching or separation of outsole, missing parts or accessories, during the Warranty Period.

What does this standard warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover damages done on purpose or as a result of heavy use or wear & tear, during the Warranty Period.

What will we do to correct problems?

Solm8 will either exchange or refund the product, based on the case to case evaluation, adhering to our Returns & Refund Policy.

How long does the coverage last?

The standard limited warranty period is valid for 30days from the date of purchase of the product.

Do I need to register for the standard warranty?

No, you do not need to register for the standard warranty. It is automatically applicable for all products sold on solm8.online

However you do need to register for extended warranty. Extended warranty details can be checked below.

Extended 60 days Limited Warranty

This Extended Limited Warranty applies to only footwear models, purchased from solm8.online or amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.ae, amazon.com.au (Only valid if sold by a SOLM8 authorized seller on amazon)*

The extended warranty is not applicable for any other products/accessories.

The Extended Warranty coverage is the same as the Standard Warranty. It is only a warranty extension for an additional 60 days in addition to the standard 30 days.

How to submit a warranty claim

Jazba Sports LLC Claims Department needs to see your item to arrange the appropriate course of action. Each claim will depend on circumstances and is taken on a case by case basis. The assessment is thorough and will adhere to the terms mentioned above.
