Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please fill the return request form. If you face any difficulties in filling the same, kindly reach out to us at hello@solm8.online with your order number and we will assist with your query.

USA customers can exchange your shoes/accessories for a different size, free of charge within 30 days if you change your mind or they don't fit, but the shoes/accessories must be returned in their original condition. This means shoes to be returned in the original box and not having been played in.  If you are returning your shoes/accessories for a refund, you will have to pay the return courier fees.

Please consult our product size guides before ordering to ensure best fit and avoid unnecessary exchanges to help us reduce our carbon footprint.

All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the shoes/accessories returned are damaged or tampered with, that is not in accordance with normal use.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Your exchange will be dispatched free of charge as soon as possible after receiving the shoes/accessories after they have been inspected.

Your refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.

SOLM8 will not refund or exchange in the following situations:

  1. When a customer sends in used or soiled shoes or product.
  2. Goods are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or have parts missing.
  3. Any Items returned after 30 days

We reserve the right to charge a fee for any soiled and damaged goods.

Goods bought from any other retail store or online channel will have to be returned or exchanged with the online or offline outlet as per their own returns or exchange policy compliance.
