Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, can check shipping rats at checkout. Free shipping is only valid within USA.

How long does shipping take?

Express orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday, normally ship the same day. Other orders normally ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season.

What shipping methods do you use?

Within USA, your orders are usually shipped via USPS.

International shipments show carrier options at checkout.

Can I track my order?

We typically ship orders in 24hrs (Mon-Fri) after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

Can I get same day delivery?

We do have fast deliveries in 1-2 business days within the USA at an additional cost of $19.90

Rest of the World can choose faster 2-3 business day deliveries at checkout.

How do I avail free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all order values above $49, within the USA.

What type of addresses are not eligible for deliveries?

We cannot deliver orders to PO Boxes, re-shippers, or packaging forwarding services.


How do I return?

1. Visit our returns center.

2. Enter your order number and email address to start.

3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Within how many days I can return?

There is a 30 day return period. This is for unused items (if they are not required or a customer changes their mind) returned in new condition with packaging and tags.

Goods that are customised, adapted or bespoke can only be returned if faulty.

What items are returnable?

1. Within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. In unused and resellable condition.

3. In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

1. Gift cards.

2. Discounted items (if applicable)

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

1. Refund to the original payment method.

2. Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Who pays the shipping charges for goods returned?

If the goods are returned because of a damaged product or shipment error, we will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment.

If the goods are returned because of a change in mind or a size issue – we would still replace the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

Goods bought from any other retail store or online channel will have to be returned or exchanged with the online or offline outlet as per their own returns or exchange policy.
